SEDGWICK COUNTY —A man injured in a fatal fight on July 4, will return to court Friday.
Eduardo Diaz-Yobal, 33, will face a preliminary hearing in Judge Christopher Magana’s courtroom, according to the Sedgwick District Attorney’s office. His hearing on the charges in September and again in February were postponed. The judge is expected to determine if there is enough evidence to move the case to a trial.
