WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Wichita police have identified a man who fell from 60 feet while working downtown as a 45-year-old David Rodriguez.
Emergency crews were called to a construction site just after 11 a.m. at English and Topeka for the report of a worker who was critically injured after falling.
