Tyler Haag, 38, was found unresponsive in a vehicle on West University in Wichita

A 38-year-old Wichita man was found dead inside his vehicle on Monday afternoon, leaving investigators with more questions than answers as they work to determine what happened in a busy area of the city.

Authorities responded to the scene in the 3900 block of West University in west Wichita, near Maple Street, after a report came in at approximately 1:19 p.m. about a person who appeared to be unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a parked car.

When officers and emergency medical personnel arrived, they discovered the man slumped inside the vehicle. Despite immediate efforts to assess the situation, he was pronounced deceased at the scene…
