WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A man is dead following a rollover crash Friday in Harvey County.
Harvey County Public Information Officer Kyle McCaskey said it happened shortly after 9 a.m. on SW 24th Street near Kansas Highway 89, just north of Halstead.
The county said the preliminary investigation shows that the man, now identified as 20-year-old Caleb Foley of Hutchinson, was driving east on SW 24th when the vehicle left the roadway.
