COLUMBIA, Mo. — Wichita State will look to continue its success from its last tournament when play opens at the Tiger Invitational beginning on April 6 at The Club at Old Hawthorne.
The Shockers enter the competition fresh off finishing fifth in the Wyoming Cowboy Classic on April 1. It was one the best results of the year for Wichita State as they took down two top 50 ranked opponents in No. 42 San Diego and No. 47 South Florida and were just behind No. 49 UNLV.
Jose Carletta posted a career-best tournament, finishing fifth on the individual leaderboard behind a career-low 207 54-hole score. He was at least two strokes under par in each round of the tournament…
