WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Wichita police were called to Ascension Via Christi St. Joseph on Sunday after a suspcious device was found at the hospital.
Around 1:48 p.m. on Sunday, officers were called to the hospital after staff said they had located a suspicious device in the building.
“When Wichita police arrived, they were unable to identify the nature of the device,” said WPD in a release. “Out of an abundance of caution and safety, patients and staff were moved to other areas of the hospital.”…
