The Fox & Hound was around for quite a while, then closed and made room for The Old Spaghetti Factory who then closed. Rumors have been swirling since then about what could take over the space at 1421 N. Waterfront.
One big restaurant name tossed around was Ruth’s Chris Steak House who I’ve heard has been eyeing the Waterfront area for years. Different areas of Waterfront were considered but it appears the steakhouse has landed on the former Fox & Hound/Old Spaghetti Factory space.
Public permits were recently placed for a fire alarm system and commercial plan review with a project name of Ruth’s Chris Steak House…
