Habitat for Humanity solidifying efforts in Wichita community with home improvement, repairs

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Known for charitable home-building efforts around the world, Habitat for Humanity is stepping up an effort in the Wichita community, offering low-interest loans and grants to assist with home repairs.

“Wichita Habitat for Humanity’s Home Repair Program partners with income-eligible homeowners experiencing critical interior and exterior issues that threaten the health, safety, and accessibility of their homes,” the organization explained. “These repairs can address deferred maintenance, sudden damage, or everyday wear and tear.”
