WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A local baker accused of scamming multiple customers has refunded their money after complaints were filed with two police departments.
Jayla Smith said 17 people joined a chat to share their experiences with the baker, with more who did not respond to the initial post.
The situation lasted more than a month, with cookies and cakes not being delivered or not matching what was promised. Customers said the baker was using AI to promote her work…
