Officials said a 28-year-old man has been hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by, what they called, a trailer on a “large commercial vehicle” that overturned in Wilmington, Delaware.
According to officials, the incident happened at about 8:18 a.m., at the intersection of New Bridge and Walkers Mill roads in Wilmington, as a large commercial vehicle exited the roadway and drove through a stone wall.
