Ryan Howard Among Philly Sports Starts in Cape May County over Fourth of July Weekend

Plenty of Philadelphia sports stars have been seen already down the Jersey shore this summer, but with the Major League Baseball All-Star game coming to Philadelphia, one former Phillies slugger was out in Wildwood Fourth of July wekeend.

2006 National League MVP Ryan Howard stopped by MudHen Brewing Company in Wildwood, taking pictures with some of the staff.

Cape May County has always been a hot spot for Philadelphia sports stars, like Howard’s teammate on the 2008 World Series champions, and 2008 NLCS and World Series MVP, Cole Hamels, who was recently at Gully’s, 27th, and Dune Drive in Avalon. Flyers head coach Rick Tocchet was also recently at Gully’s.
