Jennifer Parrish, the 2026 Delaware Mother of the Year, recently awarded a $1,000 grant to Newark-based Autism Delaware.
“Choosing Autism Delaware as the recipient felt like a meaningful way to give back to an organization and community that means so much to my family,” Parrish said. “My son Marcus is high-needs autistic and nonverbal. My family and I love supporting organizations that support the autism community.”
