One of the biggest rainstorms in two years in the Wilmington area led to flooding and lightning damage Thursday afternoon.
A heavy line of rain settled over Hockessin Thursday, at one point providing 3.18″ of rain in about 80 minutes at the Hockessin Fire Company, according to the Delaware Environmental Observation System.
