NEW CASTLE, DE — Three suspects, including two juveniles, are facing multiple charges after New Castle County police say they allegedly attempted to break into vehicles in a residential neighborhood before fleeing from officers.
According to the New Castle County Division of Police, officers responded at approximately 1:37 p.m. July 7 to the 100 block of Highland Boulevard in the Sophia Place West community following reports of several individuals wearing dark clothing and masks who were allegedly attempting to break into vehicles.
