The son of a woman killed in a murder-suicide earlier this year is jailed on charges that he wounded a 4-year-old child when he fired a barrage of bullets at a Cumberland County home.
Gavyn W. Brooks, 22, of Carneys Point, allegedly drove to a home on James Moore Road in the Port Norris community in Commercial Township on June 24 and fired 20 rounds at the residence, according to police.
