UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — Police arrested a man in connection with an attempted $40,000 scam targeting a local resident.
Officers responded to a reported fraud on Aug. 13, 2026, involving suspects impersonating Microsoft, Citizens Bank, and the FBI.
