WILMINGTON, DE — Two men and two 16-year-old boys face weapons charges after Wilmington police reported recovering two loaded handguns, ammunition and marijuana while executing a warrant on Conrad Street.
According to police, members of the Safe Streets Task Force executed an administrative warrant around 11 a.m. Aug. 20 in the 1200 block of Conrad Street.
