Newark celebrated their 50th Liberty Day celebration with fireworks on Independence Day, but their 51th festival could look a lot different.
In a page straight out of the 2020 Democratic National Convention held in Wilmington following Joe Biden’s official nomination for the presidency at the Chase Center, Newark is considering extinguishing its fireworks tradition and going with a drone light show.
