Police are investigating after four people were shot in Wilmington, Delaware, late Tuesday night.
It happened shortly before 11 p.m. on Washington Street near West 7th.
Officials say one victim was hit in the abdomen, another was shot in the back, and a third was hit multiple times. There has been no information about injuries to the fourth victim…
