Trainer officials have opened the door for a data center to land on a 20-plus-acre industrial site after the borough issued a favorable preliminary zoning opinion, Pete Bannan reports for the Daily Times.
Attorney Leonard B. Altieri III published the notice, stating that data centers, related equipment, accessory uses, and structures are permitted by right in Trainer’s I-2 Industrial Zoning District.
