A 57-year-old Rockville man has been sentenced to 46 months in federal prison after admitting he sent more than 20 graphic threats to employees of a Delaware company, signing at least one message with the name of a mass murderer and vowing to torture, sexually assault, and kill his targets. Justin Dynlacht threatened at least 25 people and their families between November 2022 and April 2024, according to federal prosecutors, and his victims changed how they lived their lives because of the fear he caused.
The sentence, announced by the U.S. Department of Justice, came after Dynlacht pleaded guilty in 2025 to stalking a Delaware resident, according to Daily Voice. FBI agents arrested him at his Maryland home in May 2024, and the Justice Department’s Tuesday announcement pinned down details that had previously been murky: the guilty plea was formally entered on March 19, 2025, and U.S. District Judge Richard G.
