A major artery in the rapidly growing Southern New Castle County region is expected to get more space, but not for at least another three years.
DelDOT received $24 million to upgrade Boyds Corner Road (Route 896), one of the major east-west connectors between Middletown and the C&D Canal, between Route 13 and Cedar Lane Road.
