A Wilmington man is suspected of distributing narcotics throughout New Castle County.
New Castle County Police said an investigation that began in July led to the execution of search warrants at separate locations in the City of New Castle and in Wilmington Sunday. 29-year-old D’Andre Murphy was taken into custody.
