Two teenage boys were arrested Monday in connection with a series of attempted vehicle break-ins in New Castle County, according to police.
At approximately 1:05 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 12, police responded to the parking lot of School Bell Apartments on Varsity Lane after receiving a report of attempted car break-ins.
