A Delaware County woman says she’s caught and killed 42 mice inside her apartment over the past eight months, and despite repeated complaints and extermination efforts, the problem continues.
Linda Gipp lives at Bridgeview in Chester, a property managed by the Delaware County Housing Authority. She says the infestation has taken a toll on her finances, her sleep and her peace of mind.
