DELAWARE — Plans to build a community for residents age 55 and older on Delaware’s west side took another step forward Wednesday.
The Delaware Planning Commission approved a development plan for sections 4 and 5 of Four Seasons at Addison Farms, a single-family housing development by K. Hovnanian.
