HARTLY, Del. – Delaware State Police arrested a Philadelphia man on numerous felony drug charges during a Kent County traffic stop. At around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, troopers were patrolling the area of Hourglass Road and Halltown Road in Hartly when they saw a BMW X5 failing to stay in its travel lane while driving eastbound on Halltown Road. A traffic stop was initiated, and contact was made with the driver, identified as 40-year-old Jermaine Morris. It was learned that Morris had active warrants, a suspended driver’s license, and was prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition.
