On February 7, 2024, Wilmington, DE patrol officers responded to a theft report at Nemours Children’s Hospital. Two individuals reported stolen wallets and unauthorized use of their credit cards at a local business. Surveillance footage revealed an adult female suspect at the hospital, attempting to open several office doors.
The same woman was later captured on surveillance at a Concord Pike business, using the stolen credit cards to buy expensive items. The officers have shared images from the footage to help identify the suspect.
The New Castle County Division of Police is asking anyone with information about the suspect or the crimes to contact them. They have provided several contact options, including a non-emergency number and the Criminal Investigations Unit number.
