Wilmington Police are investigating the stabbing death of a 59-year-old woman. Police were called Sunday morning at about 7:30 a.m. about the discovery of a body in the 600-block of South Franklin Street at Kosciuszko Park. An investigation in conjunction with the Delaware Division of Forensic Sciences determined the cause of death.
