ELKTON, Md. – Investigators continue to actively investigate a fire that burned down a business at the center of complaints. More than two months have passed since a massive fire destroyed Tiffin Mats in Cecil County. The controversial business had been the subject of ongoing reports by 11 News Investigates dating back almost nine years.
