Update: 7 Killed In Crash Fleeing From Trooper: PA State Police (DEVELOPING)
Authorities are responding to a fatal accident in Boothwym on Wednesday afternoon, April 24.
The crash happened on Route 322, Upper Chichester police said around 2 p.m.
The highway is closed from Chelsea Parkway to Creek Parkway and drivers are being asked to avoid the area.
