Delaware State Police are investigating a serious head-on collision that occurred in the 1100 block of Wilson Road in Wilmington just before 4:00 Monday afternoon. Upon arrival, first responders reported two patients trapped in their vehicles. Emergency crews successfully extricated one patient from their vehicle. A second patient remained trapped in another vehicle, while the driver of the third vehicle managed to self-extricate.
