On Monday, at approximately 7:30 AM, the Wilmington Fire Department responded to the intersection of A Street and South Walnut Street following a report of an automobile fire. Engine Company 2 was en route when the New Castle County Fire Dispatch Center informed them that children were reportedly trapped inside the burning vehicle.
