Police say Clinton Martin was driving home from work on I-95 near Ridley when he was shot by someone in another car. Martin, wounded by gunfire, struck a concrete barrier on the right side of the highway then struck Joshua Waltz who was standing outside of his disabled vehicle in the shoulder of the highway near the 476 on ramp.
