CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (WDBJ) – Virginia State Police have released the name of a man shot to death by police after he allegedly threatened an officer. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Western District, identified the suspect in the September 20, 2024, incident as Ronald Allen Troskoski, 31 of Philadelphia, according to police.
