Goooood morning! Did you remember to set your clocks back an hour? Hopefully, the return of an hour will allow you to do some catching up today, or maybe get in a little more sleep. Here are some tips on how to adjust to falling back.
Some folks are really happy about this switch. Others, not so much. That’s because the significantly shorter daylight that comes with fall and winter could negatively affect your mood. I am one of those people who lives for the extended outdoor opportunities that daylight saving time affords, and the early dark will put us in a funk until it returns.
