WILMINGTON, DE – Wilmington Police have arrested Milton Stevens, 40, in connection with a series of alleged gun and drug offenses. The arrest occurred in the early hours of November 11, 2023, when officers from the Uniformed Services Division responded to a report of a suspicious individual on the 800 block of North Market Street.
