WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A Waterbury man was arrested in Delaware stemming from a string of burglaries at a storage unit from November, Delaware State Police said.
Police said Darryck Norris, 31, was arrested and charged with six counts of burglary in the third degree, two counts of attempted to commit burglary in the third degree, three counts of theft $1,500 or greater, two counts of conspiracy second degree, and three other burglary-related charges.

Police said on Nov. 16, troopers investigated multiple burglaries that appeared similar at two public storage units in New Castle, Del., four days prior.
Police said in each incident, three suspects arrived at the storage unit in a rented Home Depot van and entered the property under a fake account.
Police said the suspects damaged and entered multiple storage units and stole around $35,000 worth of property inside the storage units.
Police identified the two other suspects as Aaron Kearney and Deshawn Sawyer.
