Police ID man killed while standing in front of disabled car in center lane of I-495

A 35-year-old Pennsylvania man killed while standing in front of his disabled car in a center lane of I-495 has been identified by Delaware State Police as Issa Sheriff.

Sheriff, of Darby, Pennsylvania, was in a 2011 Ford Fusion which became disabled just before 5 a.m. Monday in a center lane of north I-495 just before the Route 13 exit, police said.
