Rush-hour motorists are encouraged to avoid Pulaski Highway (Route 40) as New Castle County police investigate a crash that has the roadway’s westbound lanes closed in Bear.
Police issued a statement just before 3:20 p.m. Wednesday saying officers were investigating a crash in the area of Route 40 and Salem Church Road.
It’s unknown if there are any injuries and police said updates will be shared as additional information becomes available…
