JOHNSTOWN — A Philadelphia man pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to charges of violating federal narcotics laws, Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti announced.
Jeffrey Mann, 47, was among 31 people, most of them from Johnstown, who were indicted in August 2021 by a federal grand jury on a charge of violating narcotics laws, in one of the cases focused on Cambria and Indiana counties.
