WILMINGTON, DE — Delaware State Police have arrested two 14-year-old males from Wilmington in connection to a series of burglaries targeting businesses at First State Plaza.
The incidents began on May 4, 2025, when police responded to a reported burglary at Kumamon Ramen2, located on West Newport Pike. Two masked suspects allegedly broke in during the overnight hours, stealing cash and various items before fleeing. A second burglary occurred at the same location on May 6, but the suspects were unsuccessful in their attempt to steal cash, although they caused significant damage to the property.
On May 7, troopers were called to Cinemark Movies 10, also located on West Newport Pike, after two individuals were observed checking vehicle doors before entering the theater. When police arrived, the suspects reportedly fled into a nearby wooded area.
