WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Friday, May 16, 2025, in the 700 block of West 6th Street.
Officers arrived at the scene around 4:54 p.m. and discovered a 24-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but later died from his injuries.
