Police are asking for the public’s help finding a Newark woman who has been missing for five days.
Lea Cecilia Sloan was last seen in the early morning hours of May 13 at ChristianaCare’s Wilmington Hospital on West 14th Street in Wilmington. All attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful, and there is concern for her welfare and safety.
Sloan did not appear for a protection-from-abuse court hearing that she initiated, and she does not have her phone or car with her. Authorities believe she could be in Newark or Wilmington…
