Marcus Neto, 19, who authorities believe was behind the burglaries at Goat House Creamery and Melrose Service Center in Elkins Park in March, has been arrested, NBC10 reported.
Cheltenham Township officials said they were looking for Neto for six weeks and issued an arrest warrant. He is also believed to have been involved in a string of commercial burglaries in Northeast and North Philadelphia between February 15 and May 26, NBC10 said.
