A 51-year-old Philadelphia man was targeted in a road rage shooting while driving on I-95 North during Monday’s morning commute, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, June 16.
The victim told troopers he was near mile marker 27—between Aramingo and Cottman avenues—around 5 a.m. when a maroon, older-model Honda Civic with tinted windows pulled up beside him and opened fire.
