Elkton woman charged with witness intimidation relating to road-rage case

ELKTON — A woman is facing witness intimidation charges after she allegedly persuaded a man to change his official account of an Elkton-area road-rage incident in which her boyfriend purportedly pointed a handgun at him and his family, according to Cecil County District Court records.

Investigators identified the suspect as 26-year-old Taylor Alise Tatman, who is charged with obstruction of justice and two counts of intimidating or influencing a witness or juror — misdemeanors that carry maximum prison sentences of five years and 10 years per offense if convicted, court records show.
