A tractor-trailer driver was caught on video laughing after he intentionally hit another truck on the New Jersey Turnpike last month and caused a crash that killed the other driver, authorities say.
The Texas driver was seen on dashboard video laughing inside his truck as he left the scene, New Jersey State Police say in court documents. They described the case as a potential road-rage incident.
