Three Men Arrested on Gun Charges Following Vehicle Stop in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police have arrested three men on a series of gun-related offenses after a traffic stop led to the discovery of a loaded firearm earlier this week.

According to officials, members of the Safe Streets Task Force conducted a vehicle stop in the 400 block of Spruce Street at approximately 11:23 a.m. on July 2. During the stop, officers made contact with the driver, identified as 18-year-old Ahjir Black. Authorities noted that Black was wanted on an unrelated matter and was taken into custody without incident.
