DELAWARE CITY, DE — A 22-year-old Delaware City man has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder after a fatal shooting on Monday morning that claimed the life of 39-year-old Craig Anderson, according to the New Castle County Division of Police.
On July 7, 2025, at approximately 9:27 a.m., officers responded to a reported shooting in the 100 block of Fifth Street within the Delaware City Trailer Park. Upon arrival, officers found Anderson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, Anderson succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
